We and the builder are experiencing a communication breakdown. He was a jerk to me on the phone, denying any responsibility. Sadly for him, I am not going anywhere. This puts us more or less at a stalemate. Most of our negotiations, if you can call it that, have occurred through the Better Business Bureau.
Mostly he has provided flimsy arguments (my muddy bootprints are really bare feet tracks) and character slurs (I am either confused, lying, or completely ignorant - did you know I'm an idiot? I didn't, until lately.) However, they also submitted to the BBB this photo, saying that THIS is where they obtained the water for construction.
That photo? It's of my house.
Does that mean we win?
